GoTelecare can give you guidance on which territories are currently available. We are partnering in all 50 states and now expanding to Canada. We will assist you in considering a variety of factors, including the demographics of the location, accessibility, competition, number of opportunities and whether there is sufficient market opportunity to support the business.

How big is my territory and how are they defined?

We have utilized state of the art geographical territory mapping software to create territories which identify client opportunities based off of a specific area. Although territories are different in geographic size, territories are of equal value nationally.

What does it mean when GoTelecare does all the back-end office work for billing?

In most medical billing partnerships, the partner is required to enter claims and work collections on behalf of the client. At GoTelecare, once the client is contracted, we handle the transition, implementation, on-boarding, and continue to submit the claims and handle processing and collections on your behalf.
